Below is a recording of the Woodlynne Borough Council Meeting held on July 8, 2021 at 7:30 PM via Zoom.
I sincerely hope that no one needs to OPRA this meeting (or maybe I do), because they failed to record the meeting until a few minutes before the public got to speak, making this, once again, the only real record of what occurred, especially since there was no clerk in attendance. The Mayor took it upon himself to keep notes, but last I heard, and by his own admission, he is not a member of the clerk staff, where this responsibility explicitly lies. If the clerk that handles this is unable to do so (like in the case of a known vacation), then it is up to the Municipal Clerk to do his job and show up, and not the responsibility of the governing body to cover for him.
